Receiving your tickets

  • Tickets purchased online from Ticketmaster can be received via mobile only (Ticketmaster app).
  • Our other official ticketing providers (Q Theatre, ASB Waterfront Theatre, Te Pou Theatre) will distribute your tickets purchased online via email.

Mobile tickets are safe, secure and sustainable, and you only need to remember your phone. You can even forward tickets to others in your group. See ticketmaster.co.nz/mobileticket for details.

Tickets may also be collected at the venue for most shows by the credit card holder of the booking. Personal identification and account information may be requested by the venue’s box office staff. We recommend arriving at the venue’s box office at least half and hour prior to the show’s start time.
